I've tried twice to order a nano and a micro sim from the skinny site and both times it hangs on payment leaving my sims in the cart. I'm nowhere near a shop to get them from. :(

That's three times now. I give up.

Gah! Payment's gone through all three times. Stupid web site. So now I'm online to process refund.

Buy at a shop if you can!

I ordered 2 sims fine yesterday, But yeah ive had probelems with it before. I called them, got put through to the technical team in auckland and they couriered me one from their offices..

Was the money taken from your card? check your bank

If you buy the sims in store they dont come with the skinny minutes offer (1000 skinny minutes each time you get stretch)

Hi, yeah it was, $12.00. I'm waiting on a call back to hopefully sort it out.
I don't usually experience problems with online shopping, this is a first.

Hopefully the cell service is more solid, I'm beginning to wonder if this is a bad idea!

Got my callback. So since I got no email confirmation of the order the fees should be automatically refunded on my card probably by Tuesday and Skinny is mailing me out. The sims. They are aware of the payment online issues. As long as my card sorts itself out I'll be happy.

Yeah don't worry as long as your phone is compatible the service is solid:) powered by the XT network

I just noticed mine got refunded too, Which means the sim was free :3 (I only ordered once)

What wouldve happened if a phone was ordered! That might've been free aswell

I can't remember. I'm not my best at concentrating when I'm tired. :) seemed very nice though.

Some time ago i tried to order a phone using my android phone, the process would work up until please wait while we process your payment screen then it would lock up. My credit card would always be charged and transaction would appear under "my orders" but phone would never arrive.

Eventually i called them and they said mobile browsers are not compatible with online store shop,AND neither is internet explorer on the pc. So once i tried again with chrome the order worked.

But now i have a new issue and after 2 days have recieved no reply or refund from them. I placed order ok, but it never arrived, so i looked at my orderhistory and it said order. "Reissued" then it changed to "rejected" and finally now to "cancelled". So im not sure whats gone wrong?

I don't know what's up with your order but my credit card was charged three times. Two refunds were issued and I did get the sims in the mail so it worked out.

I was using my laptop and the latest Firefox at the time.

I've got myself signed up but I'm waiting for the husband to burn through some Vodafone credit before I switch him over.
