Apologies if this has been covered already.

I'm am trying to configure my router to use a 3G/4G USB modem as a redundant Internet connection. However it is asking for a "Phone Number", "Username", and "Password".

Can anyone advise what these would be?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for that, I was obviously looking at old documentation.

Still can't make the thing work though, if anyone has experience do this on a Fortigate?

Made sure the APN is set correctly either to "wap.telecom.co.nz" or "internet.telecom.co.nz"

Also tried the sim in another device to make sure it works?

I think the porblem is to do with the APN, it is set in an EXTRA-INIT field via CLI, but I'm not sure the syntax is correct. I've started a new topic in the router config forums here.

Thanks again
