Will one of the Xtra/Yahoo people on here please PM me as I can't get any service from the helpdesk.

I've been trying to set up a redirect from an Xtra/Yahoo mailbox to an Office 365 address, however the verification e-mail link returns the following error:

"The system is experiencing some problems, please try again in a few minutes. (Error: #77315)"

I've been trying to get some resolution on this since last Friday (Nov 29th), I've got a case no. from the Support desk, I've spoken to 2nd level support, several times, all to no avail.  They just tell me they'll have to escalate to Yahoo for resolution, but then nothing happens.

This is really poor customer support.  I understand that everyone's busy with the e-mail problems but good god, I've been trying for a week to get this fixed.

I'd really appreciate some help from on the Telecom Geekzoners.

You could configure Office 365 to POP into the Yahoo!Xtra email and collect emails from there?

Send me an email "pl at telecom.co.nz" with your account number and the email address you are having issues with. I'll see if I can sort it.

But as Mauricio said doing the pop pull would be just as good and easy to setup.
