Hi all

Can anyone tell me where I can change DNS records for a domain registered with Telecom Business Hub?
The T.B.H website only shows owned domains.

Phone support is only available during business hours of course...

Surely there has to be an easy way to do this, right?

Usually, you're able to log into your domain control panel by going to:

http://[insert domain name here]/stats
or
http://[insert domain name here]/controlpanel

You'll be prompted to input your username and password that Telecom has given to you. You should have received it in your welcome email. The username and password for changing your domain details etc is not the same as your login details for the Telecom Business Hub portal. If you can't login, flick me a PM if you like and I'll see what else I can do.

Telecom business hub helpdesk hours are Mon - Fri 8am - 7pm 0800 287 463

Hope this helps!

Thanks, I can log into that fine.

Perhaps I am blind, but I can't find anywhere to update DNS records

I tried phone support, however they won't speak to me without an account number, which I can't get until Wednesday.

If it's a .nz, the domain owner can email the registrar for the UDAI to be sent to the domain owner, and then transfer it to a domain provider that has a control panel that has DNS / namerserver admin. I recall reading that telecom are a reseller for Domainz, so you could contact Domainz for the UDAI.

Hm...thats odd that you're in the right place and can't find it. The menu must not be as intuitive as I assumed. If you don't mind me asking, what is your domain name? Are you on Windows or UNIX Hosting?

Does the domain have web hosting there as well ?

If so, there should be 2 options, to the left just above the web site information. One of these will be selected, click the other one ...

Account Management I think is the one you need to select
Then Domain List
Then select an action from the dropdown on the right side

***It's been ages since I've been in there so directions may be a bit vague***
