Hi,

Are there any Telecom staff on here who might be able to give an indication of when phone/internet services might be restored to Prebbleton please?

Just about to phone faults, but thought I'd ask here first.

Thanks,
Peter

Telecom and Orcon been affected.

Seems the auth servers got a bit overloaded late last night.

Orcons latest update states changes to balancing in progress. And changes being pushed cabinet/cabinet bit by bit. But need to keep rebooting router

Nothing official, but one of my work colleagues lives out that way and was grumbling as he has been told by Snap, that Chorus has advised a 2day ETA.

I would ring faults, there isn't something up on the internal outages page but it may be under a cabinet / area that I am just missing on the list.
