Landed in the US with my recently ported 021 number on Telecom, using the $10 / day roaming deal for postpaid users

Data is working fine (it does seem slow though, I guess it gets routed back from AT&T to Telecom in NZ before going to the web?)

Not getting any texts (got the one when I landed to say I could roam)

Cant login to Twitter, Vibe or WhatsApp now as I'm not getting the SMS

Particularly annoyed I can't login to twitter as I cant now login from the web or any or my mobile devices, as 2FA is enabled

Any thoughts?

Contact the Roaming helpdesk and they should be able to sort it.

Best way to get support rather than posting on geekzone :)

Data roaming always gets routed back to the home network - it's the way it's designed to work.

I had issues in the US in October where I didn't get SMS messages while roaming at AT&T and I'm with Vodafone.

Try manual network selection to another network operator and see if they come in
