I live around Omapere Street / Adventure drive in Porirua.

According to Telecom there are around 400 pairs of damaged wires in this area, I am currently getting calls that are not intended for me. (Very boring ones too).

Eta to a fix is 1300hrs, I had to let the Telecom contact staff member know it was 1530hrs when I called, so they may struggle to meet the deadline.

Thankfully they are putting a free diversion in place until Monday 3rd February.

Wherever the damage is, my VDSL connection is fine.
