I'm on Telecom VDSL and using the Technicolor TG589vn v2. I have set up the router to lookup netflix domains using the unlocator DNS.  The Chromecast is just a few meters away from the router in the same room.

I can stream Netflix perfectly on my PC.

With Chromecast it is more hit and miss. Sometimes it plays fine. Most times it will keep on buffering and/or stop playing with "We cannot play this title right now".

Anyone have experience with this?

Are you blocking (or re-routing) google's DNS?

Mine wouldn't work at all until I blocked traffic heading for 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4.
