I signed up for BigPipe on Wednesday and have a few questions/comments:

I received the email stating they would be in touch to confirm the connection date, however I cannot find anywhere that says how long this should take, or how to check the progress.  Is there a place on the website to check this?

How do I get the details I need for the modem login, or are those not needed? The website has a link in the FAQ to https://www.bigpipe.co.nz/#modem-setting-modal however that does not work.

Is there a customer portal on the website (I cannot find anything)?

Also where would I find details such as DNS server addresses?

Hi, usually the order gets processed by us the same day, then it's just a matter of waiting to hear back from chorus for a date. Sometimes that takes longer when chorus get a big backlog of orders. If you haven't heard from us then there is nothing to update, but you can always send us a message to find out what's going on via our support page query form.

Thanks for finding the modem setting wrong link, I'll pass that onto our devs. You will get an email with the settings when you get connected, but most people don't need them. You can also find them in the troubleshooting guide on our support page.

There is no 'my account' section right now, that is coming in the next month or two. That will allow you to track your order, track trouble tickets and other stuff. Until then you can go via our support query to find out whatever you need to know.

(Sorry for spelling etc, I'm posting from my mobile in the passenger seat of a car :p )
