I believe this has been mentioned before but as it's not in this forum area ..

Bigpipe users are unable to watch content from tvnz.co.nz. This is due to geographic region blocking based on ip addresses.
Content such as: http://tvnz.co.nz/good-morning/extra-julia-deans-performance-video-5845507
is unavailable.

I must point out that I am under cgnat, so will have an external ip that many other users will also have.

Lets see some action resolving this issue Bigpipe.

Ok, this might not be a bigpipe problem after all, but some cookie I can't find in chrome.

The video plays fine in other browsers while connected to bigpipe.

I've removed all tvnz cookies and there was none from brightcove, any suggestions anyone?

Hi,
There was an issue with this before, but we believe it was resolved a few weeks back.
If you can't get it to work, drop us a note via our support query on our site to make sure it gets logged.
Anybody else having issues with tvnz on demand?
