Hey guys,

I've bought a DV130 and did some quick setup, but there is no connection. I've followed a few other posts on this site and set it up, but would appreciate it if any of you could have a quick look to see if it looks fine. Waiting to hear back from BigPipe support.

Thanks

Try removing the ISP name and leaving it blank. Unless Bigpipe do port based authentication, make sure you have your own username and password in there too.

VDSL2 and ADSL2+ if using PPPoE for a native EUBA connection (with VLAN10 tagging) both use 0/110

0/100 is only used for legacy PPPoA

I know it probably shouldn't matter, but the username usually used is user@xtrabb.co.nz

Chaps, thanks for the input.

BigPipe support has come back saying that although the line was switched over from ADSL to VDSL, "Chorus had changed some technical details due to issues with the address. The changes had not registered with the server and hence would have to refresh the connection profile in order to update the server "

So right now, until the changes have been reflected, I guess I'm stuck.

Update:
BigPipe support got back to me mentioning that the changes are all complete. The connection is up and running now. 90 mins to resolve, and I think that's pretty decent.

Thanks guys!
