So, I've been trying to configure my router to connect to the internet with BigPipe's vdsl plan.

From what I can tell these should be my settings.

But for whatever reason it still doesn't appear to connect to the internet. There is one difference in which I have noticed though. There is no option to change the VPI/VCI. Is that normal?

Router: Draytek Vigor2760n

Can anyone help?

Is this a new connection or a switch from ADSL to VDSL?

Hi,

I'm not familiar with that modem, but if you are still having trouble go ahead and drop our support team a message on our site (if you haven't already) - it's possible that it isn't the modem but rather something gone awry at our end which they can have a look at.
