Hi all, I did a search and found that my problem (below) has already happened to someone else - I would've posted there but the thread has been locked. Can anyone tell me if her issue was resolved?

I recently bought a phone through Appco, which I've done once before (and that went fine) but was promised an accessory pack which has not arrived. I wasn't too fussed till I saw the screen size of the 700wx - I really do need a good case! The one that I would like I have to import from the states and I need something now while I wait. Appco's 0800 number no longer exists and no one has replied to any emails, no real contact info given with the vast amounts of paperwork - has anyone ever got their accessories???

Please, if you know of anyone with this problem please let me know, especially if they've resolved it!
