Hi Bigpipe
Im currently having issue switching with another provider (slingshot) as they can't proceed my application because they can't find the Bigpipe on their list to takeover my existing connection. This is obvious because Bigpipe is new..
So I told them that they can check thru www.bigpipe.co.nz but they still asked me your trade number so they can proceed my application...
can you please advise what needs to be done or what should I tell Slingshot about your company??
