Just switch to bigpipe but the Internet connection failed. I am using netcomm nb304n.

The setting I am using is

ATM PVC configuration

VPI: 0
VCI: 100

DSL Latency: path0

DSL link type: pppoa

Encapsulation mode: VC/MUX

service category: UBR Without PCR

While bigpipe support team is trying to figure out what is wrong on their side, can anyone who are familiar with this modem help me to check whether the setting is correct?

Much appreciated.

Have you made sure you've got a non-blank username / password?

Username: user@xtrabb.co.nz
Password: password

Also is your modem getting any sync?

I am using admin/admin suggested by bigpipe support staff. But I don't know you mean 'sync'.

admin/admin would be to get into the admin interface.

what michael is asking about is your DSL username/password config.

by dsl sync, your modem should be able to show if your holding a dsl sync and simply not authenticating on bigpipes side or if your actual dsl connection isnt configured correctly.

Not working by changing to something/something or anything/anything

Where can I check the dsl sync? Just one day ago I was using Vodafone and everything was fine.

The diagnostics show:
Fail atm oam f5 segment ping
Pass atm oam f5 end-to-end ping

Pass ppp server session
Fail authentication with isp
Fail the assigned ip address
Fail default gateway ping
Fail primary domain name service ping

Most likely not something you can fix at your end.  If you aren't up and running already, PM me the email address you used to sign up with and I can look into it.
