I've had some changes made to my line, which have resulted in a "perfect" line (no more errors), is there any reason I can't get a DLM reset?
Support seems to think I can't.

Hi,
Sorry I'm not quite sure I understand what you are asking for.
If your line is perfect, why do you want DLM reset?

DLM does continue to work even after the ten day period,  it just doesn't make changes as often.

Yeah, I am just wondering why you would want that if your line is performing well.

Ah, because he has recently had a spitter install. So the line internally is now all good and would like the DLM process to kick off again.

Spot on cb.
Also, chorus fixed a couple of faults between my place and the cabinet which were causing a heap of errors, they also removed something something (?) pots line from there to the exchange.

ah ok,  I get it now.

We can do a port refresh which will restart DLM.  It's generally not a good idea to fiddle around with DLM, but if you really want it we can do it.

Just PM me the email address you used to sign up with and I will find your ticket and take a look.

cheers

but its not really fiddling with DLM. there were changes make to the line, the op wants to see those changes as soon as he can as opposed to having to wait for dlm to make the changes outside the training period
