I recently combined my broadband and mobile Telecom bill to save another $10 but since around the same time the usage meter has stopped working. Just coincidence or is it not working for everyone?

Just get this message

"Sorry, the broadband usage meter isn't available right now. We'll get it fixed as soon as we can, so thanks for your patience. Please try again later."

Did you change your plan at the same time? If so this can cause this on Mobile plans.

Also there is a major IT upgrade this weekend on Prepaid systems that will impact Broadband usage meters also.

I suspect it will be the latter. Many of the online systems won't be available. So you will just need to wait until Monday when everything will come right.

It is the same system which does usage for mobile and broadband. Usage meter is likely out for everyone most of the weekend I think due to the upgrade. Let me know if it still doesn't work by Monday.
