Has anyone tried to get an account refund online.   I see mum who has alzheimers closed the telecom account 2 years ago and went to Trustpower so only one bill to pay.  Today I see she has an account of in credit.  She has just been seeing nothing to pay and hasnt realised the account was in credit and the credit is disappearing each month.  Looking at it, it says to go to telecom.co.nz/accountrefund.   However going there you cant do anything.   It says lets get started but there is no button anywhere you can click on to get started.
I have tried with IE11 and Firefox 29 but no joy.
Can anyone enlighten me what I am doing wrong.
I dont suppose I could go into local store to sort it as they are agents and not Telecom themselves

I clearly see a "Refund Me" button under the "Let's get started" heading? Are you blocking ads or scripts or anything?

Edit: Button visible on Chrome, IE11 and Firefox

What happens if you click the blue "Refund Me" button on the page you linked, and then fill out the details it requests?

Nothing on Internet explorer.  The Blue Refund Me I cant click on.  I tried torch and that wouldnt work for me either and no blockers on that.
I will try again with Firefox.  I do have ad blocker on Firefox as thats what I use all the time and I get sick of the raunchy ads on youtube page and even Facebook at times.

Edit: Disabled adblock on Firefox and still no go.  No other blockers or scripts etc apart from what comes with standard install.  Am running Windows 8.1 update.   I guess will now try with the Windows 8 IE app and see if can get it from there

thats wierd.  Still wont for me on any browser and no blockers. Shouldnt make any difference being with vodafone surely.   Anyway thanks to link above it is all sorted.
And yes I did check that the link was genuine as dont trust just anyone these days.  No offense intended.  Just like being cautious as much as can be anyway.
Again thanks for the help.
Now have to start looking deeper into why button wont work for me.  Fill my time in.

Edit:  Just installed Chrome and it works.  Still no go on the other browsers.

Just to clarify this topic, we have an issue today with that page, its still down, the dev is looking into it.

Try Live Chat, one of our people can do the refund via that
