I signed up to skinny several months ago.
Love the $16 plan - suits me just fine - great coverage and now 4G - you seem to have fixed the bug where it decided all your credit was used up when it flicked onto 4G as well - so thumbs up here as well!

Anyway... I was pretty sure the first time I accessed voicemail that it either didnt charge or it took 1 minute off my pack.
Its too hard to go back week by week and try and find the transaction now (Hint: allow a bigger transaction report interval). Regardless of whatever it did - I am pretty sure it didnt charge me $0.18.

Just recently I see I am being charged - ok I found that listed on your website as a charge - so you arent hiding it.

I reckon people who buy prepay packs like the idea of no surprises and dont like scrappy extra charges so my suggestion is (Not sure what others think):

Instead of charging for voicemail access on top of the plan - can you just take 1 minute off the call minutes balance each time voicemail is accessed?

You may be able to achieve this by calling yourself, pressing * when you hear your own voice, and entering your pin.

Maybe

Can someone using Skinny please confirm if this typically works? I'm contemplating shifting from the $19 2 Degrees plan (primarily as their reception is really poor at my work), and would like to know either way before I shift. Ta...
