Okay, so I'm looking at the shinny new Skinny web site.

I'm already on the Big Data (300 NZ&AU mins/1GB data) for this month, which won't renew.

I want to setup a $16 combo to activate on a specific date - at end of Big Data expiry period. I was told I could do this online by the CSR.

However, I'm a bit concerned if I press the Confirm button that the $16 request will activate immediately instead of allowing me to schedule for a specific date.

Can anyone clarify that pressing the Confirm button on the (monthly) combo selection screen will take me to a new screen/form that allows me to schedule for a specific day please?

TIA.

PS: The website seems really slow when logged in...

I'd call the CSR.
It didn't give me that option a week ago and my current combo was cancelled when I used the website :(

Hi

If you go into purchase a Combo then it will be added immediately to your account and your renewal Combo and time will change to that purchase.

You will still retain any quota from any pre-existing purchase until such time as it expires.

Okay, thanks.

I'll just need to remember to activate the combo nearer the time (perhaps the CSR confused Combo activation with scheduled CC top-ups?).

You will get a text 24 hours before your combo renews? you might want to do it then, or set a calender reminder or something of a time near it to do it
