I found I was put on a wrong plan last weekend and requested via online chat for a correction. Now five or six days later I am still on the wrong one, so decided to change it myself in My Telecom. However both yesterday and today when I tried clicking on Change Data, nothing was happening in any browser. Is this down for everyone? If so, can someone from Telecom indicate when this functionality would be available again, please?

The Change Plan / Data page is now working, despite being slower than dial up.
