Hi there,

I just had my LG NX225 sent away for repairs, including a software update but am disappointed that it is still sending text messages (when I hit reply) to the callback number. Is this right?

It would seem to me that a callback number is for just that, calling. You have no control over what a persons callback number is, and it is amazing how many people in my contacts have strange ones that mean I can't reply to their texts without changing the number - that is if I realise at the time.

So yes, my question is: Is this acceptable or is the phone not performing a basic function?

Thanks to anyone who can offer advice!
