Just got this new Huawei E5776 4G pocket Mifi router from Telecom. I want to buy it so that I can play online games with it. because it's 4G capable, I thought it should have much lower latency, and great for playing online games, fighting games such as "street fighter" which requires ultra low latency <50. The game plays very well over my vdsl broadband at home.

This 4G Mifi have very low latency on telecom, normally around 50-60ms. But when I play the game over 4G connection, the game plays very slow. I don't know why. I get 3bar of 4G signal on the E5776. Then I tried opening ports forwarding for the game. I still can't get inbound port forwarding to work. The game still plays very laggy and slow, not playable over 4G at all.
Then I called the telecom customer service, but the technical support guy told me that the XT network doesn't support port forwarding. So I think it's probably carrier grade Nat that telecom uses on the XT network.
Unfortunately, telecom 3G speed is very low in my area in Rangiora, signal is good, latency is above 120ms. So it's still not good for online gaming.
Can anybody please help?

I wanna say that it's the same thing on Vodafone 4G network, the online game is still not playable, too much lag, too slow, but latency is around 35ms. Signal 3bar.
Can anybody clear this up please

All mobile networks by default block uninitiated inbound traffic for obvious reasons. If you want a port forward for uninitiated traffic you'll need to use an APN that support it.
