Today, I've had to manually top-up my account because the 30 day auto top-up never fired.

When I logged into the website my credit card details were no longer saved/linked to my account (??)

Anyone else experiencing similar issues with Skinny CC auto top-up?

Forgot to mention.

From the Account History page, my Payment and Order History has been completely wiped.

However, my Usage History appears to be intact.

I had a similar issue two weeks ago. I had to delete and reenter my CC details for our family accounts.

One of my clients who uses Skinny for their business phones had the same problem. All their phones needed the CC details to be reentered after the auto top-up didn't happen.
