I noticed the other day (a couple of days before my $16 pack - 90 Rollover minutes - was due to renew), that my accumulated minutes suddenly showed a huge drop (and I havent used them).
I logged into the web portal and it showed: NZ minutes 153 (expiring in 2 days) Rollover Minutes 180
I have never bought anything called 'NZ minutes' and it showed that was due to expire in 2 days time.
I would have expected to see a total of Rollover minutes of around 300-400 accumulated minutes.
I called the helpdesk and they said there had been a problem with the Rollover balances and it had just started accumulating again since June (that would explain the 180 Rollover minutes).
On asking what the 'NZ minutes' were, the helpful person went and checked with their supervisor and said that apparently this was how they were showing the 'missing' accumulated minutes prior to June.
I asked what would happen in 2 days time (when it said the NZ minutes would expire) and she said she believed they would be moved into the Rollover balance. In other words my real minutes balance should be 153 + 180 (333 minutes) - which sounds about right.
A couple of days on and my account has taken another $16 topup as it should.
My balance now shows :
NZ minutes 153 (expiring in 29 days) Rollover Minutes 270
So all up the total minutes balance is probably correct - but will the 'NZ minutes' just keep 'expiring' and 'renewing' forever?
I am hardly short of minutes - but this is a very confusing way of showing a balance.
