Has anybody been having problems with very slow and unreliable connections to some international locations today through Xtra / global-gateway.net.nz?

Got complaints a plenty of people having trouble getting to multiple distinct servers on a network in LA but only from Xtra users, traceroutes are not really shedding much light on the matter.

phi.gogo.co.nz for example if anybody wants to ping/traceroute to see how they go.

Traceroutes are being quite weird around mdr-ip03e-3-1-0.akbr3.global-gateway.net.nz (202.50.236.114) sometimes it responds, sometimes not.
