I ported "successfully" on Friday August 25th and since then Spark have continuously been in touch and calls/texts/emails and social media who keep saying try again and let us know, still the same error. Quite Frustrating.
The error is seen on both Android App, and the web portal. 3G sign in on the web portal works but I want to get a account so I can login to the app and the Thanks programme.
I would like to know if you know anyone or have you had the same issue and has Spark resolved this for you?
