Anyone had this issue after they ported and wanted to register so they can login into the app? 

I ported "successfully" on Friday August 25th and since then Spark have continuously been in touch and calls/texts/emails and social media who keep saying try again and let us know, still the same error. Quite Frustrating.

The error is seen on both Android App, and the web portal. 3G sign in on the web portal works but I want to get a account so I can login to the app and the Thanks programme.

I would like to know if you know anyone or have you had the same issue and has Spark resolved this for you?

What phone is this, what exact model and where did it come from?

I understand it is working correctly on Spark?

My Apologies 

I have a Moto G Dual SIM 8GB  from JBHIFI Android 4.4.4
I am connected on Spark and can use the network, texts, calls etc... so the phone is not the issue.

I have looked on the Facebook Page and have noticed another user with this issue but wanting to know if anyone has this issue from the Geekzone community.

the order may not be 100% completed on the spark side of things, give them a call and find out?

That happened to me as well when I finally got ported to Spark. Rang them up and they said to wait a bit for the system to recognise my number. I think you will receive a txt from them that everything is ready.

I can only suggest to give them a call or try registering again tomorrow. Also just letting you know that my phone's IMEI wasn't Spark "Compatible" but its working fine. I only got that error message when I tried to register my number right after being ported.

I will give them a month, I have been calling them and they calling me, so by now they should rectify their system error. One month Spark ;-)
