Last week Spark upgraded my broadband to VDSL. I received the current standard router (Huawei HG630B). Installation with new CAT6 cable worked fine. Unfortunately, I programmed my home network in Telnet which is apparently not accessible in this router. Before I start to re-program everything I would like to know whether somebody else was able to Telnet this router.

Kind regards

Why would you need to? All the stuff you need is in the Web UI. If you want to do this sort of thing get a better router like a Mikrotik that allows you to do what you want. These are home routers and are not designed for advanced stuff.
