Heh. Apparently Spark sent a huge pile of letters out to their customers telling them to phone a number. Except it was the wrong number.

So a customer in Christchurch spent the whole morning fielding 30+ calls per hour from people thinking he was Spark.

Bugger Spark, poor punter who had to answer all the calls!

They are lucky this isn't the USA or he'd probably have just won a large lawsuit :-)

Once I had my office DDI listed in Yellow Pages Online as "Snap Internet", had a few good chats with the people calling, but they managed to resolve it pretty quickly.
