Hey there

I saw in this week's Warehouse junkmail a couple of good top-up deals for Skinny - one was $35 for $50 credit (can't recall the other, but it was for a lesser amount).

I have two questions that weren't clear from the information provided:

* are these deals available elsewhere, or is it exclusive to the Warehouse? (it was discussing Skinny's 2nd birthday, so I'd assumed the former; if it is, where else can one buy them?)
* are they available to anyone purchasing a top-up (wherever these specfic ones are sold), or only those purchasing a Skinny phone?

I've looked on Skinny's website and can't see anything on this deal.

Thanks!

I tried to purchase a $50 for $30 topup today from Kapiti Warehouse. But they couldn't get it to come up on their system. So I bought the $20 for $15 in the interim. They suggested the deal runs through to Tuesday and for me to try again next week to get it. Any input mr Living Skinny?

Thanks for highlighting. I've spoken to our sales team and they will contact The Warehouse head office to track down the problem.

I tried this morning at The Warehouse Riccarton but their system was out of $50 topup codes. Fortunately the music desk was able to issue me with a $10 and 2x $20 for $30

I had the same problem and solution. Poor lady was quite frustrated by their system.

Good one. If the system isn't working I'll suggest the 10+20+20 solution.

Same issue at warehouse downtown today. can't issue $50 topups at the till. Only able to offer the $20 for $15.

Any chance this will be resolved today?

Also any restriction on the number of $50 topups that can be bought at one time as I need one for my wife as well.

I purchased a$50 top-up voucher from my local store (PN) on Friday afternoon without any issue - it was from the music counter, though I doubt that would make any difference?

I had been planning on going back to get one for my wife (as this deal makes it worth her switching over from 2 Degrees, as $50 credit will last her months!), so it would be good to know if this problem has been solved before bothering to go back to the store.

They were out of $50 top up codes at Dunedin central warehouse. Although I don't really understand how you can become out of stock of a digital item, couldn't more just be created instantly on request?
