I ordered an iPhone 6 64GB space grey Saturday. $79 open term, 24 months interest free.
I heard nothing from Spark other than the email advising the order was accepted.
To my suprise phone turned up half an hour ago with courier.
I opened it up, and connected to itunes to sync. Only 11gb available??? Bit strange.
Checked the paperwork and it turns out a Spark employee entered the wrong phone when processing the order.
I thought OK I will ring up, surely I can pop into the local store and get it swapped over due to the circumstances.
No, apparently not. In fact I was told I couldn't even have the phone on an open term until I pointed out I had ordered it before they changed the rules.
I was told I could either go in store, sign up to a 24 month contract and get a phone or wait 3-7 business days for them to send out a replacement phone and I have to return the 16GB one they sent by mistake.
This is very poor from Spark, it's their fault, you would think they could sort something out with my local store but apparently not.
Anyway for those that do receive a phone today, fingers crossed you get the right one and if you ordered a 16GB space grey and receive a 64GB YOU HAVE MY PHONE......
