Re the APN settings for spark, the list states:  Data bearer: Packet Data
On Android phone I am looking at I have Bearer options LTE, eHRPD and Unspecified.
Just wondering which of these I should set it to.

I think its best to leave it unspecified.

I believe Ehrpd is something to do with CDMA networks

Mine is unspecified and works just fine.

If you look on the Spark website you'll find they have specific settings for Android and Samsungs version of android, it doesn't include touching that setting.

http://help.spark.co.nz/app/answers/detail/a_id/29506/~/check-sparkdefault-apn-settings---android-4.x

Often data works on spark without touching APN settings, they are usually set automatically

Ok will go with Unspecified.
Problem is the phone wont send texts to about 80% of the numbers tried, tho it works for some.
I think I have the settings matching what is shown on the Spark site.

SMS isn't sent over data so it's nothing to do with data bearer settings.
