I wanted to buy a few sim cards using my soon to expire Skinny dollars.  However, after I added two nano and two micro sims into the cart, there is no button to take me to the cart.

Also, I cannot see my skinny dollar balance as well.

Anyone having the same problem?

There haven't been any other issues with the site reported and it all looks OK.  Can you ensure that you scroll down as the cart button is further down the page.

If you have Skinny Dollars, the balance is displayed on the right hand side of the dashboard page.  If you can't see it please PM your number and a screen shot of your dashboard and I'll take a look.

I also decided to try to buy a few SIMs using my Skinny dollars, which I can give out to some friends.

I have enough Skinny dollars for the purchase, but at the checkout it says "invalid Security Code"??? What is that?? Presumably my credit card security code.

Since I am not using a credit card for the purchase I am reluctant to enter the credit card security code in case my credit card is charged - after all I am trying to use Skinny dollars for the purchase - nothing to do with my credit card!

Have given up for the moment :(

I can see my skinny dollar balance now.  Also, after trying and retrying, I managed to add the sim cards and go to check out.

I picked the option to use my Skinny dollars.  However, after entering the delivery address etc, it asked for my credit card details.

But I want to pay for it using my skinny dollars!!!  =-(

Help please.......

Sorry I should have put this before.  You can only use Skinny Dollars to purchase selected handsets / mobiles in our online shop.  They can't be used for SIM cards.

Which makes my 23.5 skinny dollars worth nothing. I was planning to buy sim cards to give to friends. But obviously Skinny don't want us to increase their customer base for them.

I tried to reply to Skinnys post above as a quote but Opera 26 tried to make my reply into a hyperlink

You used to be able to buy SIM cards in the past.  I'm  sure I have.   You should just convert the spare Skinny dollars to  to prepay balance as most people who have spare dollars will never use them.

This is very sad, I used to be able to use Skinny dollars to buy sim cards.

All the loyalty for nothing now, not even a few sim cards.
