Hi,

".....calling minutes left :127 NZ & AU rollover minutes"
"27 NZ & AU rollover minutes will expire on 06/Oct/2015"

Well its Nov, have those 27 expired ? -> Its Nov 2014. Rollover minutes will expire after an year & you can use them if you are on applicable combo i.e. Big Value, Big Data or Big Talker
do I have 100 or 127 minutes ? -> You should have 127. 27 Mins expiring at 6 Oct 2015 & 100 mins after that. USSD displays only latest quota to be expired.

Hope this helps.

Cheers
MS

Yup, You have 127 minutes. and 27 of those expire on the 6th of october next year as minutes last 12 months.

It's easier to see them using the new Skinny App or the website
