Just signed up to Bigpipe VDSL and would like help with choosing a good VDSL modem + wireless router combo. I'm currently looking at the following three options so advice on what would be the best way to go would be greatly appreciated:

r7000 + draytek dv130 = $391.05
wrt1900ac + draytek dv130 = $401.70
ASUS DSL-AC68U = $368.55

It's likely I'll be moving to UFB in about a years time as well so if I can get something that's future proof that'd be great. I don't mind flashing the firmware etc just want to make sure it will work and be stable.

I use a Draytek 2860n-plus

Some people don't seem to like them but I find it fantastic, it is fully gigabit WAN and LAN does ADSL VDSL and has great VPN capabilities (I use it for connecting to home from work...that sort of thing) a friend in Australia uses it to access my network and just leave me all sorts of cool large files.

I also plug in an old 3g modem t-stick thing and pay $20 per year to have 3G fail-over for when my fibre goes down
