Hi,

I'm considering signing up for BigPipe but still one or two things I want to test which I can't do until later this week, From what I can tell, BigPipe keep extending their 1 month free promotion (I guess with so many others doing something similar it's not surprising), I've seen reports of it ending August, September, October and of course now November. Does anyone remember if they would have normally announced it by now or am I right they don't generally announce it until after the month ends? Their Facebook cover photos https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.620659411329250.1073741827.619610238100834&type=1 normally came a few days in the new month, but I guess they may have updated their website first.

Cheers

You should be able to select an install date in the future. The option of a preferred installation date (or ASAP) was given when I signed up for fibre.

We'll be extending this for another month, however you can select a booking date for the future and sign up now anyway. Your free month won't start until you get connected so you can always sort it out in advance (given we'll be heading in to the Christmas period I'd suggest to do so sooner rather than later too).

Thanks, read your post on Sunday didn't reply until now. I was thinking of signing up and cancelling if needed, but wasn't totally sure there would be no problems and in any case thought it easier to just wait if possible. I signed up yesterday, install date is set on the 8th.
