I am using an android phone. but every time I received the mms failed. I checked the setting. it is set as telecom data and telecom mms. I set as the same setting as the skinny website. but it doesn't work. I don't know what i can do more. 

Now, it can access the H+ internet. can sent mms, Only problem is it cannot receive mms.
