My parents sent back their defective ipad to apple, and they think they accidentally also sent back the microsim, as they can't find it.  Apparently the easy thing to do is just to get a replacement sim for $5 and to have the old number and credit transferred onto it. But  although they know the number of the lost sim, they don't have a password, as the ipad could never accept txt messages to get it reset. So they can't log into mytelecom as they don't have a device that can automatically login. Anyone know what the process is to get it replaced if they can't access the account?
