I just got my line installed today and my settings from big pipe. But I am unable to get connected.

Anyone here that can help please?

i am almost sure the factory settings for this modem are all wrong. hence why i had an issue. But after going through each section and DBL checking what was wrong i found that somethings were ticked that should not have been.
