We have temporarily disabled usage generation on one of our network nodes due to a network event last week which caused it to generate a bad usage file.
Reparations have been made to any customer impacted by that usage file.
We expect to re-enable this around mid-January when any customers off the node will be guaranteed to be in a new billing period, and free from the effects of the usage spike they may have seen.

Until then just use your connection normally.  You will not receive any charges, or get throttled for any data not showing in the usage meter.  I.e. if the usage meter says your under cap, you're good to keep going.

My views are my own, and may not necessarily represent those of my employer.
