Hi all,
Firstly, we've logged a support issue with BigPipe but I thought I would see if anyone has any further ideas on this one.
We recently moved into a new property, the previous tenants had ADSL with Vodafone and we were lucky enough to use their connection for the last few days before the switch over to BigPipe.
Now that we've switched to BigPipe the connection speeds reported by the modem have dropped significantly, with the Vodafone connection it was 10-11mbs, now we are lucky to get 7mbs. The only thing I can see that is different is interleaving is off.
Has anyone else seen something like this happen? All equipment on our end has remained the same.
Here's a full output from the modem (sadly don't have one from when Vodafone was connected)
