I see that the Warehouse is offering $20 top up vouchers for $15 until the 20/1
Limit 1 per customer (transaction I assume)

Effectively making the $16 combo on $12.

Bargain.
Last year I brought enough to pay for a years $16 combos (credit expires a year after last top up., vouchers must be used within 6 months of purchase)

Do you just buy from the checkout at The Warehouse?

I just buy mine from the AV counter at The Warehouse - the queue there is usually small or non-existent.

Note that the $20 for $15 deal quoted in the original post isn't available any more - think it was around for a week, but it comes a few weeks since the $50 for $30 deal they did in about November. These are Warehouse-only deals too, as I remember trying to find them elsewhere and had no luck.
