Thought you guys might like a sneak peak of our new ads.

We figured most people already know that the internet is good. You don't need us telling you that, but you might appreciate knowing why Bigpipe helps make the internet just that bit better.

Hope you like them.

Catch them on Youtube and TVNZ Ondemand.

The sight of 2 men kissing makes me feel physically sick.

Perfectly fine if thats what they want to do, but I don't have to watch it.

I appreciate the attempted humour but i just can't watch that, sorry.

I like them. So much better than Telecom Giganaires and those silly white little dollops Vodafone used a few years back.

The giganaire ads were much more cringeworthy.

I thought they were good for a laugh, especially the coffee one.

Maybe I'm just too old, but these don't make me want to have anything to do with whatever they advertise. The Giganaire ad was clever at least. These atrocities are low-budget and just awful. Sorry.

Sadly some of us don't have the money to spend big bucks on expensive ad-production.

If I was going to be snarky I'd say that we prefer to spend that $$$ on providing great customer service instead, but the thread about that already exists.

But hey, everyone has their own priorities amirite?

Geekzone community feedback

'give me the cheapest internet possible, don't spend big bucks on overheads like marketing'

'these low quality ads are terrible, you should have spent more on something a bit better'
