Is there any way to turn this off. Cannot find on Spark website nor anything here.

I just don't want any TXT's for missed calls.

If you're talking about voicemail viewer: 'Voicemail: Message from this caller, left at xxxx' etc.
Text OFF to 178 and that will remove it (texting ON will switch it back on)

I'm not sure what voicemail notification, if any, you'll get instead though.

The missed call notification is a free service that was added prior to Christmas as a part of the voicemail service, it's called Who Called, and provides a SMS notification if you miss calls when your mobile is off or out of coverage. Because it's part of your voicemail it can't be opted out of unless you opt out of voicemail as well.
