Flickky: In terms of the router, that would be overkill for most people. Will you be using the max amount of ethernet ports? Is the USB HDD a large priority?NF4V without VoIP but with wireless AC additionally.
The NF8AC (pretty much the NF4V without VoIP) is a cheaper alternative and fits the requirements for most people. In saying this as long as you get a router that can handle speeds of 200/200 you'll be fine :)
eXDee: Make it decent though, while this chart doesn't have every model of router ever, it gives you an idea that there are quite a few devices that can't do 200Mbps WAN -> LAN throughput. Google cache link since the site is down
