hello there is there anyone that can tell me how delivery reports work please i would like to know how they work. and the telecom network i got a nokia 6235

when the phone you have sent the message to recieves it (not when the message has been read) it will send a txt back to you saying it was successfully delivered.
they are turned on or off under messages>text messages>message settings>sending options>delivery reports

I think this is the most detail you will get without going into protocols, which really don't have much of an interface for the user to tamper with...
