Has anyone else had issues with this today?  Her Indoors gets an error message in Outlook, asking for her login credentials to be re-entered (although they're correct).  She can access through webmail so her login credentials are obviously fine.  Nothing's changed on the PC since yesterday and this error is reminiscent of when the Bubble burst so I'm guessing server problems (unfortunately I have to wait until tonight to check).

Anyone else having issues?

Yes I can confirm I am experiencing the same issue!  It's only POP3 the SMTP is working fine!

This is on the Xtra site...
Some customers in the Christchurch Region may be experiencing difficulty connecting to the internet with their Broadband connection. Technicians are investigating.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

That's good - I'm in Wellington.

On the phone, the automated message on the Xtra "helpline" says that customers are currently experiencing issues with email clients and they recommend that we use the webmail in the meantime.  Looks like the Bubble's bursting again Yell

It sounds like authentication problems on the new platform. It seems to be intermittent though. The appending of the domain would work temporarily in the meantime.
