Hi,

Is it possible to have weekly and monthly combos at the same time? I'm not referring to add-ons but actual combos.

The add-on page http://www.skinny.co.nz/combos/add-ons/ mentions "You can even mix and match 30 and 7 day Combos and Add-Ons except where there is no additional benefit (such as buying more texts on an Unlimited Text Combo)", but I'm not sure if it means mix and matching 7 day and 30 day combos, or mix and matching 7 day or 30 day combos with either addons.

If you can mix and match weekly and monthly combos, I guess whichever one is expiring soonest?

(The T&C say this for data. Surprisingly it doesn't seem to say this for minutes or SMS that I noticed, but I guess that's an oversight. Of course all monthly are unlimited SMS anyway so only call minutes are relevant.)

Cheers

BTW, this isn't really something I plan to do, since I'm sure it would make more sense to get an add-on anyway. It came up because I was wondering what happens if you activate an older $4 loose lips SIM and straight away port your number. I asked Skinny about that, I'm guessing their answer would answer this too, but in case it doesn't I found it an interesting aside.

Their T&C specifically mentions if you have the monthly combos you will get credit when porting, but nothing about weekly which makes me think you can have weekly and monthly combos at the same time but I guess it could be a mistake or they cancel your weekly combo.

No you can only have one active combo. By mixing we mean you can have 7 day Add-on on a 30 day plan and vice versa

I take it having a $4 Loose Lips combo from older SIMs (or perhaps any weekly combos since the T&C don't mention them when it comes to porting http://www.skinny.co.nz/terms-and-conditions/#promo_terms ) and the $16 monthly combo from porting is a special case, because it's provided by Skinny?

Or at least, the reply to my other question https://www.facebook.com/skinny/posts/863251327073366 seems to suggest you will get both the $4 Loose Lips weekly combo from older SIMs and monthly combo presuming your port is completed before the weekly expires.

Cheers
