I'm wondering if it's possible for a home user to upgrade from the free HG630 modem given when signing up for VDSL on contract to the HG659 (which you provide to business customers and I think is the only other VDSL modem you currently offer)? I'm not asking to upgrade for free, fine with paying a resonable fee. I'm guessing it's not possible, or if it is, it'll probably be more than I would personally consider resonable, but though I'd ask and see.

Cheers

From what I understand you pay an extra $50 for it but Spark will need to confirm it themselves.

Some people have been told yes (as above, for a nominal fee), while others told no. If you're told no, ring back and hope for a yes!?

Keep calm, and carry on posting.
