I see on the Spark home page the Samsung A3/5 have unlimited calls and Texts to NZ and Aussie on a $59 ultra Mobile plan

I was wondering if this is coming to us all on $59 plans or better, must say I was  surprised when calling but not Texting to Aussie was included in the recent plan upgrade 

Hope someone may be able to confirm or not if this is the plan
